Uriel US offers a 30 day return policy. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all paperwork, parts and accessories and in original boxes only, to insure proper credit. Please include packing slip or order number on outside of box to ensure timely return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.  Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 48 hours of receipt.
